There's a good start and plot core is okay. However after a while it takes a massive transition of the something is happening in space to the world is doomed. Every disaster movie all in one. About as plausible as the film with Nazis on the moon. Literally no survivors are likely unless you are a main character. Be a stepdad to someone's kids and you are dead... this is where I dislike disaster movies, an impossible jump, a tidal wave, no air, no gravity, drive a bit, fly in the right plane...all this just makes me so disappointed in these films. All this said great acting from all the key characters and some good moments. Just wish it hadn't done the usual American disaster scenes.
