Condemned (2015) is a movie that I recently watched on Tubi. The storyline follows a rich girl with parents that argue all of the time. She decides to runaway from home with her boyfriend and live in an abandoned building filled with crackheads, the homeless and various other unsavory characters. When a mutant outbreak occurs she finds herself right in the middle of the danger zone.

This movie is written and directed by Eli Morgan Gesner (Concrete Jungle) and stars Dylan Penn (Signs of Love), Ronen Rubinstein (Orange is the New Black), Genevieve Hudson-Price (Gotham), Lydia Hearst (Z Nation) and Jon Abrahams (Scary Movie).

This is one of those movies more fun to watch than good. There's some clever scenes throughout this picture. The opening narration isn't bad. The abuse and torture scenes were a bit uncomfortable. I thought the "peepee on the fire" one-liner, NYPD car scene and Asian guy dancing were hilarious. The infected makeup and scenes were okay and there's a knife to the forehead scene that's fun. The acting is average, not good and not bad and the storyline is worth following.

Overall, this is a fairly average addition to the horror genre that's worth watching once. I would score this a 5/10 and give it a shot.
