Peggy starts to reminisce about her own schooldays: she pulls out her old yearbook where she finds an envelope containing her graduation diploma... or so she believes. Opening the envelope, Peggy finds a letter saying that she failed home economics and therefore did not graduate.
When Al and the kids mock her for being dumber than the dog, Peggy joins Kelly's home economics class to finally graduate. In order to pass, she must prepare a dish for grading: a crowned rack of lamb.
Peggy Made a Little Lamb is another great episode with some excellent lines ("What's that on his face?"..."That's a smile." and "We both like boys."), the always amusing fact that Peggy's maiden name was Wanker, and Kelly struggling to make her own dish for home economics: jello. We get a fun montage as mother and daughter work through the night to prepare their final exams, only for Al to wake up early and hungry...
