I only just discovered this show and absolutely adored this series. I was left feeling empty when I realized I had reached the end. It was so refreshing to watch something that made me laugh, cry, hope, and despair. Until now, I had only heard of Queen Victoria but had no idea about her reign. The wonderful part about these historical figure shows is that it highlights the life and time, and it inspires one to dig deeper and take an interest in their history. It was done beautifully and I am always so facinitated by the fashion and the intricacies of the time. This series will remain with me the same as I cherish Gone With the Wind.
