"Child's Play 3" is pretty much what I expected. This time, Chucky follows Andy to a military academy, where the former does what you might anticipate.
I had seen "Bride of Chucky" years before this one, so it's nice to finally have a context. I have yet to see any of the following movies in the franchise; I probably will eventually. In the meantime, it's fun to watch Chucky do what he does best.
One question that I have involves Catherine Hicks. She played the mom in the first movie (and also played the oceanographer in "Star Trek IV"). She briefly appears in a photo in this movie. Are we ever gonna get to see her in this franchise again?
Anyway, fun movie. The CEO's speech at the beginning sums up the entire corporate mentality of greed.
