Hunger (II) (2023)

Warning: Spoilers
This is the most far fetched unbelievable depiction of a cooks rise up through the ranks. The female lead works at her families noodle shop, slaving away behind the wok for not much reward. The next she's a junior sous chef for one of the worlds best chefs, all because one chef tried her noodles, liked them enough to give his business card to potentially poach her. I feel like this movie caters to an audience that wants to watch really stupid movies. As a chef myself I couldn't help but cringe at every scene, was like watching a kids Disney movie. "I'm so determined to prove myself to my master, I'll stay the night and sleep on the kitchen floor covered in burns". Cheesy.
