Season one is definitely amazing, it has a lot of funny subtle humor with Reigen's finesse and Mob's quietness, they're really amazing characters that only improves through the show. The action is even better because of the detailed and colorful animation that's usually minimalist and cute during normal scenes but taken to another level during the action. The season is amazing but the story is too simple for me, I can't say I wasn't disappointed with the ending of the season as it was fun and narratively simple but went it came to the end the show went into a formulaic way that was really predictable.
Season two was better in most aspect, the animation being the main one as the animation that was already great became some of the greatest I've seen with it being experimental and very dynamic. Mob goes through good character development with him improving himself a lot and being less easily manipulated by Reigen. I'd say the season is still a bit too formulaic but it's excusable as the amazing cast of characters make up for it.
Season three has every positive aspect that the show previously had without the negative, every episode were amazing and every story line captivating. The payoff to everything previously set up was amazing with Dimple doing the right thing, the entire cast shining and Mob's character arc coming to a beautiful conclusion. The final few episode were some of the best I've seen, it had me on the edge of my seat wondering what is going to happen next because of how emotionally invested I was into the character's life.
