Review of The Night Waiter

This latest short from the Nightshift Collection features a ghost story with some suspense and a bit of dark humor. The story is really good, although it is somewhat short and ends very suddenly. If one had to say that this short film was based on one of Stephen King's stories, the most obvious thing is that the plot is inspired by The Shining. The special effects are obvious, but the filmmakers managed to come up with an enjoyable short film. There was still more that could have been applied to make this student project a more interesting film. The truth The Night Waiter is a short film with an interesting plot that should have been expanded more. My rating for this short film is 7/10.
