I went in to watch this thinking it's about a couple trying to catch a serial killer. But, it's about a pregnant couple named Ava (who I think is a complete narcissist) and her husband, fired tennis pro named Nathan that team up with a Serial Killer to make a podcast so they don't go broke. She drinks and does drugs. They husband is also a lil psycho. They make Matt the serial killer promise he won't kill more. Of course he does. They don't care. Even after meeting the mother of the victim. Matt then kills Ava's best friend cause she found out the truth. So what do they do? Bury her body.
For me I need someone to root for in a show. For ex. Dexter killed bad ppl. So it was okay. These characters have zero redeeming qualities. The acting is fantastic but it's just not for me. It's a bad ripoff of Only Murders In The Building.
