The idea is good. But, they could have done more. The actors are all mediocre TV actors. With a couple of exceptions. William Fichtner and Milo Ventimiglia. The actors that plays his love interest Emma is bland. She has no personality and the absolutely zero magnetism between them.
Honestly, they could have done more. They story lines in the various episodes are all predictable. There really is nothing about the show that stands out. I wanted to like it. But, it really is just a vanilla show with vanilla actors doing vanilla scripts. Even the two actors I really like have no hope of saving this. They clearly are doing it for a paycheque. This does not deserve a season two.
