Spoiler alert:
An "Italian" family gets together to deal with their father who has dementia and can't remember the recipe for Sugo (a basic five ingredient dish). The plot hole that you can drive a highway full of tractor trailers through is that this "family" has cell phones and computers and is not capable of looking up a recipe that consists of two cans of crushes tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, onion, fresh basil, and a little salt.
Other than this taking place during Christmas it is not really a Christmas movie.
This is a typical Hallmark movie without an actual good story line or even a mediocre one.
I would recommend skipping this one if Hallmark ever decides to show it again.
