Black Warrant is a fun film, and I liked it. If you are looking for an Oscar winner this is not it. But if you like action, beautiful women ( especially Mexican Chef Mina), and believe it or not humor then go to Amazon Prime and check it out. The term Black Warrent is about knocking off bad guys by any means necessary and that includes assassination. The bad guys certainly are deserving of this. You have Mexican cartel members ( this takes place in Tijuana, Mexico) and even worse Middle Eastern terrorists out to get a device that can cause blackouts. The main star Tom

Course, but how they get there is why you watch. Again I liked it and give it 8/10 stars.
