I liked the film but thought that it had its lengths. The childhood in the monastery didn't need to be that long. I felt that parts of it were definitely needed to provide context but THAT much- just no. The shot were sooooooo amazingly mesmerising and beautiful. Especially where she's running up the stairs, perfection. The costumes had a few mistakes in them but I found it alright to overlook. So if you like historical movies with some drama: it's for you. If you want a silly Rom-com no. Also if you want to have a very accurate movie (costume wise) I'm not sure if you'd like it. But I'd definitely watch it in the theatre. :))
