Modern Warfare II had the potential to be the best game in the franchise. They had the chance to listen to listen to the fans and make game-saving changes. But no. They did none of that. They took a complete 180 from what people want from the franchise.

If you love your sanity, then this game is not for you. They have a chance to turn this around for the better with MWIII. Play the older games if you respect the franchise.
The Bad:
- The worst crossovers in human history
- SBMM is STILL in the game
- Reload cancel had been removed
- Weapon balance is non-existent
- The worst controls in the franchise
- Multiplayer maps are pro camper
- The majority of the actually good weapons are locked behind a pricey paywall
- Voice chat monitoring to "combat toxicity"
- The campaign is beyond garbage
- Unrealistically loud footsteps
- Warzone 2
- Pay-to-Win DLC
The good:
- Classic characters return in the campaign.
