Very good remake! To all who were sceptical toward main actress, I must say.hold your horses!!!Hally Bailey has turned out to be a great actress!!! I loved her portrey of Ariel. She gave her character sensitivity. Bailley, successfully, played a girl who wanted more, than her life could offered. She had a great chemistry with. Jonah Hauer-King who played Eric. Also, Eric's character was given more.depth. He wanted more sea and Ariel wanted to be a human. How poetic. Also Melissa Mccarthy deserved a.honour. Mccarthy's Ursula was brilliant. I like new songs and extended plot. All in all, I was suprised that this movie was so good. I will rewatched it soon!
