This is a movie about a woman and how she handles some difficult times in her life. Hilary plays a journalist that spiraled into alcohol after the death of her husband. Then, just as she is getting over his death and trying to get her head together, her son is killed-the only witness said the shooter had a tattoo on his hand and drove a white pick up truck-and so Hilary goes for the bottle again. Olivia plays her son's girlfriend that got him into drugs-and Hilary blames her-but Olivia says that they both had given up drugs and were going to start a family together because she is pregnant. Jack plays Hilary's other son, who is a police officer and tells Hilary that he will investigate his brothers' murder. Dilone is Jack's wife. Since Hilary is a journalist, she and Olivia reluctantly team up-remember, Hilary doesn't like Olivia-to do some investigating of their own and soon uncover more than was expected.
It's rated R for violence, language and drug content and has a running time of 1 hour & 30 minutes.
It's not one that I would buy on DVD-once was enough-but it would be alright to stream.
