It highlights qualities like self-awareness, the willingness to work hard, the desire to learn from others' skills, the patience to accept assignments, and the ability to see through others' flaws. It also shows characters who are not tempted by money, prioritize self-respect, and are dedicated to their craft. Director Chao Deng really captured it all perfectly, and through the perspectives of Chao Deng and Li Sun, it beautifully portrays the challenges of that era.
