Khris Davis did a fantastic job here! Such a wonderful story even if you are not an avid boxing fan. Forest Whitaker was fabulous at capturing the emotion in this film. Nothing was over glorified it just felt like a from the heart story of George's journey from a very poor childhood to heavy weight champ... twice! Watching him evolve from a young man slowly finding himself at peace with who he was at 45 years old. We expect this to happen so much sooner, but life has lessons to teach us before we settle with what we are dealt and what we can make of it. He has to work hard to find peace within himself and his story is humbling.
