9 years after the All Dogs Go To Heaven movie Charlie and his friends are back to face another foe and this time the evil whippet Belladonna that has a giant flute that can hypnotize dogs and steal presents in San Fransisco. These twoi whippets seems to be the inspiration Princess Luna and Princess Celestia two other big animals. The 1990s was full of animated and live action family oriented sequels direct to video long before people would complain about live action remakes of vintage family movies. As the animation is still a downgrade like in the television show and the sequel the songs are like fillers yoy want to skip on a 1990s Compact Disc or Mini Disc. Kids will enjoy this, but young and old 1990s fan will enjoy this cheap Christmas cartoon for laughs.
