Cold Blooded Killers
4 February 2024
Shortly after one of the girls working at a strip club in the Californian desert is killed her sister Rose arrives to find out what happened. Working with Becky, the club's owner, she is determined to find the man responsible and kill him. That man, Hank, decides it is best to kill them first. To that end he puts a multimillion dollar bounty on their heads. Soon every hitman (and hit-woman) in the area is after Rose and Becky. If that weren't enough the cops are also after them.

This is not a good film. It looked as if it might be trashy but fun but it really is just one for connoisseurs of bad cinema. There are a few parts that will generate a laugh but only if one is laughing at it rather than with it. The plot is okay as far as these things go but the delivery just doesn't work. The acting is less than great; although given the dialogue the cast is expected to deliver one can't blame them too much. There is plenty of action but again it feels phoney; sometimes firearms appear to have zero recoil while at others it is ridiculously exaggerated... and that's minor compared to a character taking a chainsaw to a gunfight! By the time we got to the final confrontation I had little interest in who survived and who died. Overall I'd advise giving this one a miss unless you and a some mates have had a few too many drinks and want something trashy to laugh at.
