The Steve Harvey Show (1996–2002)

I'm Not Going to Let You Ruin it For Me Katt

Even though Katt Williams recently threw all kinds of dirt on Steve Harvey on Club Shay Shay, I'm not going to let that influence my opinion of "The Steve Harvey Show." I thought the show was funny. It was an excellent vessel for Steve Harvey to show off his comedic talents much like "Family Feud" is an excellent vessel for him now.

In the show he plays Steve Hightower, a music teacher at a school in Chicago. He works under a principal whom he would love to be romantic with named Regina (Wendy Raquel Robinson) and has Cedric (Cedric The Entertainer) as a roommate.

It was funny times at Booker T. Washington school especially with students like Romeo Santana (Merlin Santana), Stanley 'Bullethead' Kuznocki (William Lee Scott), and Lydia Liza Gutman (Lori Beth Denberg). And let me not forget Cedric's ghetto girlfriend, Lovita Alizay Jenkins (Terri J. Vaughn)--Oh she was so funny. Just her name alone screams "GHETTO!"
