This started quite well and had me captive for the first four or five episodes but like all these Spanish shows it just goes on too long becoming more and more ridiculous in the process. I gave up after the ludicrous fight scene between the uncle and nephew where they both stabbed each other with ten inch blades, hundreds of times.
Cinematography and locations were great but the story became more and more convoluted involving too many characters, even including a witch doctor who bizarrely was probably the most likeable character in the show, the rest I couldn't have cared less about what happened to any of them.
