I played all the games up until 2005. The show is strikingly like the original with background, layouts, aliens, weapons, double weapons, etc. It brings back so many Halo party memories. The camera angles and direction are on point and so it the animation/CGI. The cast is amazing with acting as well. They could not have picked a better Master Chief! The action sequences and the amped storyline has me at the edge of my seat each week!
I would actually like to buy the series on DVD. I wish there were more episodes per season or that I had ears about this way after launch so I could binge watch the series. It's that great.
