This is a fun series set centuries before The Skywalker Saga. The characters are engaging and well realized. Being a series aimed at young children you get your "lesson of the day" stories which can feel a bit forced to an adult. My 4.5 year old and my 2 year old are in love with this show. We've watched it through thrice so far and are about to go through it again. The Life Day episode especially captured my oldest's attention, I watch my children's faces as they watch something and they were emotional throughout the whole episode! There's also a couple subtle over arching threads that neatly come together by the Season 1 finale. There are also ties to the larger High Republic stories in the novels.
