Highlighted in the footage are a head-on crash of two trains, a car crash, and traffic grid-lock in New York City. In the second part, Super-Stupid Pictures presents "Mad Mike: Arch Fiend of the Universe." It tells of a man's life of crime using comedy scenes from silent movies.
