A demented clown with a freakish background in a traveling carnival and circus who has a taste for flesh and blood. Payaso is eventually thrown out of the carnival because of his cannibalistic tendencies. Now unleashing havoc in a small town outside of Pittsburgh, he will mutilate 7 victims while the detectives are always just one step behind him.
