A rather poor outing for Billy as he engages in a fairly random series of gags as a bellboy in a rather poor hotel run by Oliver Hardy. If you enjoy this sort of thing, you will find your time more profitably spent looking at Roscoe Arbuckle and Buster Keaton in THE BELL HOP, made the same year, or Chaplin's work of 1919, SUNNYSIDE.
