I enjoyed this film, which teams the great Wild Bill with cowboy crooner Tex Ritter. Bill Elliott cuts a fine figure in the saddle and his peaceable man persona is always worth watching. The mixture of action and intriguing plot were interesting in this one. Well done .
Tex Ritter added a nice addition to the series and his scenes with Wild Bill were pretty good. His voice was well-suited to western film. He never hit the upper levels of B-western stardom, yet he was as good or better than some who did ..........
Whether starring as Red Ryder, Wild Bill or as a co-star, Elliott always delivers in his films. This one is pretty good, and his later films were even better .A fine viewing experience. Enjoy !
