- A nude woman is seen dancing wildly, her breasts clearly seen for a few seconds. Another woman strips nude later, her breasts are briefly and partially seen as she makes her way through the crowd to try and climb on stage.
- Full frontal male nudity is shown for a split second. We see a few concert goers from behind, fully nude.
- Tina Turner sings a song that sounds very sensual in nature, not only because of the lyrics, but because she makes orgasmic sounds and then starts to yell "suck it! suck it!" repeatedly.
Violence & Gore

- Three fights break out at the front of the stage. The first is brief and almost entirely offscreen. We see a man raise a nightstick and bring it down, but we don't see impact on the person. The second involves a group of Hells Angels in a circle, beating a man, but this is still unclear. The third is the infamous stabbing, we see a man with a gun run wild briefly, and then stabbed several times in the back by a Hells Angel. We see the man's body wrapped later. All of these fights involve violent pushing and shoving. There are other small fights, but these are the three main ones with alot of violence.

- Alot of people drink from big jugs of alcohol. We see a marijuana joint passed around a bonfire. The Rolling Stones themselves seem to be in a drunken/high state in certain parts of the movie.

- The film is very disturbing on many levels especially to someone who has been in an out-of-control crowd before.

- Immediately after "Under My Thumb" is performed, a man stumbles around with a pistol and is then stabbed in the back and taken away, where the Hell's Angels beat him until he dies. This footage is shown a few times, and the man's corpse is taken away on a stretcher. Very disturbing.
