- The pilot is killed when he is sucked out of a hole in the cockpit
- Violent collision with a commuter aircraft, which ejects the co-pilot and kills the flight engineer. The pilot takes some debris from the collision to the face, blinding him. There is much blood shown, and a damaged eye.
