Violence & Gore

  • A man who is implied to be a homosexual, knocks a woman out with his elbow after she makes a sexual advance on him.
  • Whilst being very violent for the time, this film is nowhere near as brutal as Peckinpah's movies such as 'The Wild Bunch' and 'Cross Of Iron'.
  • An entire family are shot. Alot of this is depicted in brutal slow motion. Among these victims is an innocent elderly woman. This is very intense and bloody.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • Intense violence and abuse.
  • The way the shootouts are filmed are very bloody and disturbing, the overall theme of the film is also depressing and dark.
