Sex & Nudity

- Some breast and bottom nudity in the washroom scenes from season one. One scene from season three has full frontal nudity for one or two seconds before the woman hops into a bathtub. However none of this is sexual. Most of the series takes place in a women's POW camp in a hot country and the prisoners are occasionally seen in thin slips and bikini-like tops.
- Some of the women sleep with the guards, but it is only discussed and never shown.
Violence & Gore

- Some torture, implied violence, some gun shots - nothing majorly graphic. As prisoners, the women are often shown with bruises, sores, and blisters from the harsh environment, and lack of medical supplies. There is occasional blood, season two for example shows a gun shot wound and one woman slices her wrists. Season three has only a couple of episodes in the camp, and has less violence then the previous seasons.
Profanity

- Occasional mild/moderate swear terms throughout all three seasons: bloody, damn, bitch, whore.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- Some of the prisoners and guards smoke cigarettes and there is occasional alcohol consumption. Not a major part.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- Emotionally intense scenes of children and husbands being taken from mothers. Prisoners are sometimes tortured, tied to a stake and fed nothing to very little for days at a time. The prisoners fear for their lives.
