- A man undresses a young woman revealing her breasts. He proceeds to caress and fondle her breast before pulling down her panties. He calls the young woman "strange". The man then pulls down his own trousers, exposing himself and then raping her. Breasts and genitals are shown.
- All nudity, and it shows full frontal female nudity more than once with visible genitalia.
- The rape of Silvana Gallardo's character is infamously nasty, cruel, and grotesque and is bound to disturb audiences even today.
- There is a violent gang rape scene in the beginning which shows full female nudity, and not just in one instance either. Very disturbing and hard to watch, it lasts for about 3 minutes. Crude and taunting comments are made throughout by the assailants.

- A man shoots another man, and then holds another man at gunpoint before shooting him (blood seen), and he falls over. The man then shoots him a second time.
- There's a brief shootout in a parking garage in which a man shoots two other men dead (some blood seen), and trades bullets with him before shooting him in the leg. He then shoots the man in the shoulder (lots of blood seen), and then shoots him in the head (bloody hole seen).
- There's a shootout in a park in which a man exchanges gunfire with a gang. One man is shot in the stomach through a car window (blood seen), an another is shot in the head through a stereo. Another man is shot in the stomach. Another man tries to escape in a car, but the killer shoots him in the head and the car crashes over a cliff and explodes.
- A man shoots at a man in a stairwell.
- A woman is tied up and gang raped.
- There's another rape scene.
- In a hospital fight scene A man has his hand in a electrical machine and gets electrocuted.
- A young woman jumps out a window to escape assailants, and is impaled on a fence.

- The movie has intense shootout scenes, and a few other intense rape scenes.
- The rape scene in the beginning is quite intense even for today's standards. For 1982, it was extremely intense. The men who are assaulting the girl tie her up, it is very shocking to watch.
