- Tunneler drills a mans forehead. Most of it is off-screen but we see a few shots of the mans bloody face being drilled. We see him dead later on, but his face isn't completely visible.
- We see a dead man with blood on his head and a puppet holding what looks to be part of his brain.
- Blade cuts a woman's leg, drawing blood. Torch then sets her on fire and we later see her burnt corpse. Blade stabs her forehead to extract some of her brain and blood squirts out.
- Blade slits a mans throat then attacks a woman, we don't really see what he does to the woman, just blood.
- A man slits his own throat.
- A living plastic man is stabbed in the leg and green blood comes out. Pinhead then crushes his hand to reveal more green blood. He is then set on fire and falls though a window.
