Pretty Good Fun
Hitchcoc7 December 2018
During a storm, Krazy and his girlfriend seek refuge in what appears to be a haunted house. Most of the haunting is done by their dog and various natural phenomena. Even a ghost is a parrot under a sheet. Whey these critters are living in this house is another issue. Eventually, Krazy opens a closet door and there is a huge gorilla. This is the focus of the final half of the show. It's quite a fun offering.

Krazy Spooks is a Charles Mintz Krazy Kat cartoon that's worth a look

This Charles Mintz Krazy Kat cartoon is one I just watched on the Uncle John's Crazy Town blog. Missing the opening credits and perhaps some of the actual beginning, Krazy, his girlfriend, and dog Happy have their car stuck during a thunderstorm (great atmospheric animated setting here). So they go on to a nearby house where they encounter some spooks. Also inside is a gorilla...Not much funny stuff happens until the near end though there's plenty of slight scares if you're in the right mood. Quite a lot of compelling animated movement that you'd expect from these '30s cartoons that keep things going at an even pace. So on that note, Krazy Spooks is very much worth a look.
