- Making Willie pass an initiation test of sorts, some bullies have Willie spend the night in the old cemetery (after telling him about a witch who's buried there) while some lighting flashes. Later, that night (and as some scary music plays), Willie sees some images moving through some light and fog/smoke.

- A man strikes Skip with a shovel and inflicts wounds that require a veterinarian's care, almost taking the dog's life.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Skip is struck by a shovel by bootleggers (off-screen). He survives, but the scene is very intense.
- Skip dies of old age (mentioned by the narrator). Although we don't see the death, the scene is extremely sad.
