The story is characterized by hard fighting
deickemeyer3 April 2018
One of the leading actors in this two-reel drama of Cuba's fight for liberty is a trained Arabian horse. The story is characterized by hard fighting and an exciting prison escape at which the horse greatly assists. The hero is a young American, who defends a wealthy Cuban's daughter from the advances of a rascal. After a number of adventures, during which the father becomes the debtor of the American, the young people marry. The reconciliation with the Spanish officer at the end is a novel touch. Some of the scenes are excellent. - The Moving Picture World, January 24, 1914
