Ford Sterling is the same as ever and his queer Dutchman, Smaltz, will excite laughter. Yet there are moments when his supporting company fails to hold up its end and lets some of the picture fall flat. The plot (it is merely a scheme on which Sterling plasters the fun) is typical of this kind of offering; there is apt to be a good deal of sameness in them all.
