- Karou slaps his wife across the face, they have a physical fight. She kicks him then he slaps her again then they grab at each others hair.
- Karou and Izumi have a second physical fight similar to the first.
- Karou and Izumi have a disturbing conversation about if Izumi would be ever able to kill anyone. Izumi then takes a knife and cuts her toe off. (it is not seen but you hear a squishing sound.) You then see the severed toe.
