I was lucky to find this at ocean state job lot with a lot more questar videos. it gives examples from real life of people dealing with problems and how their dreams helped them resolve problems. each type of situation is different and the experts are interviewed also, i want to read a couple of the books that they have written sometime soon. as an example, one women learned how to eat in her dreams and as a result lost 20 pounds in real life. another a young man was having nightmares of being chased night after night but finally fought back in his dream and resolved the problem. another man was a veteran from Vietnam and was able to resolve his difficult dreams with a form of therapy.
worth mentioning is the set design on this program is very cool and the host does a nice job as well. i recommend questar video about miracles as well and any other from questar can most likely be worth while.
