Here's a shot of the famous Parisian boulevard shot by James White when he was in town for the Paris Exposition. Mostly it's a view of the carriages and their occupants, with a few of the drivers uncertain of how to get around the camera in the middle of the street.
There may be a tendency to confuse this with White's PANORAMIC VIEW OF THE CHAMPS ELYSSES, but they are two distinct movies. In this one, the camera is set in the middle of the street, looking at oncoming traffic. In the other, the camera moves, first swinging from a view of the Arc de Triomphe and then track on down the road.
