I love those Angry Kid shorts that are a little bit weird and surreal, like Headlights, Sneeze or Bone. Although not of that quality, Speed has some of that weirdness as well...
In this one, the Angry Kid is riding his bike with 65 miles per hour, with his little sister on the back! The police are chasing him, and suddenly we hear the Angry Kid on their radio! To complete the weirdness of it all, it turns out the Angry Kid is really sitting in the backseat of the police car...
An OK try in the Angry Kid series, although I would recommend one of the above episodes over this one.
