This is an accurate depiction of the drug problem that is reappearing in China after forty years of extinction. China was able to extinct the drug problem that plagued China for nearly a century when the People's Republic was first established, but in the rapid economic expansion of 1990's, the problem is coming back and this film serves as a warning to the public to face this re-emerging threat.
