Sydney Ayres, Doris Pawn and Val Paul appear in this number. The girl is attracted by the idler and marries him; later her child dies and the husband is killed. Her former lover also marries; his wife dies, but the child lives. A wise doctor brings the survivors of fate together in one family. This has a good touch of pathos in it and makes quite a strong appeal. It is also very well photographed. - The Moving Picture World, April 17, 1915
