'Hot Lips, Hot Legs' features beautiful ladies and some really good scenes and it can't be understated that the production values here from Playboy are top notch, but the end product is uneven. While the video definitely starts off on a high note with beautiful Playmates and there's some great pieces in between it ends on a lengthy segment that takes us out on a low note.
"Service With A Smile" is a great pool cleaning segment with Teri Harrison and Michele Rogers both of whom look great. Teri is completely shaven down below and this scene features some nice close-ups which is why I've probably rewatched it a bunch of times. Don't know why but Playboy almost always nails pool scenes (7.5 mins). "Legs, Legs, Legs" has three Playmates (Barbara Moore, Serria Tawan, Christi Shake) in matching black bras, panties and stockings. It delivers exactly what the title states and is a pleasant follow-up segment (4 mins).
"Mouth To Mouth" is a girl/girl (Barbara Moore, Christi Shake) scene where the male briefly gets involved at the end. I appreciate there was no silly boy/girl, but it wasn't my favorite (6.5 mins). "Lip Smackin' Good" definitely has the busty quota (Stephanie Heinrich, Miriam Gonzalez) on lock and features fruit & honey. Plenty of nice visuals. Miriam ... just ... wow. Though Stephanie is no slouch and I wish it had been longer (3.5 mins).
"Drive-In Dolls" is a 50's diner with stripping waitresses (Teri Harrison, Deanna Brookes, Lani Todd) that looks high budget but didn't deliver. It features a real location and a bunch of vintage cars, but it takes awhile to get going and features way too many male face shots (8 mins). "Smooth Shaven" is two Playmates (Jennifer Walcott, Stephanie Heinrich) shaving. Jennifer shaves Stephanie's legs. In turn Stephanie does Jennifer's legs and what little pubic hair she has allowing for some nice close-ups (3.5 mins). "Lip Service" focuses on ladies (Kristi Cline, Miriam Gonzalez, Christi Shake) kissing and lipstick markings on the body and I'll take as much of Miriam as they'll give (almost 3 mins).
"Kisses & Whispers" is the segment that caps the video off and centers around a guy dressed in a tuxedo with an invitation to a private gathering. He enters a mansion, gets to see a bunch of ladies naked (Kristi Cline, Serria Tawan, Stacie Morrissette, Rachel Elizabeth) and briefly gets to touch on Kristi. There's an implication of sex and then outside realizes he was at the wrong house. The premise could have been hotter, but it doesn't deliver enough to justify it's long run time (11 mins).

My misgivings aside, it's still pretty solid but you can't shake the notion that this could have been a hotter A+ title if not for a few changes.
