As is to be expected from a talent show TV program, the talent is poor and most of the performers can't sign to save their lives. It's amazing what the American audience will put up with. Obviously most people in this country couldn't recognize good musical talent if it came up and sang for them. I predict this show won't last a whole year.

Just this title and that's it?

This FOX program was modeled after a rock concert but Todd Newton is calming down after he wrapped season 2 of GSN's "Whammy!" A "your Big Break" ripoff, but this time with 5 judges, a vocal coach during their bio segments and more make everything worth better than it was in 1999. The judges instead of the audience vote and see who goes on to win $20,000 and possibly, $200,000. I like it and hope that there is a second season for this show.
I thoroughly enjoyed it!

I thought the series "Performing As..." was very, very good. The man who performed as Frank Sinatra and the girl who performed as Aretha Franklin were fantastic!! I enjoyed all the performers very much. I wish this series would come out on DVD so I could buy it.
