This movie is heavy on comedy, but it confuses me a bit. WHen it opens up, the guy running around and being chased around, but why? And why start with that? (we find out a little later on...) IS the agent farting, or ripping his pants? What's with the masturbation scene on the boat? All in all, I think that the young college kids will make a drinking game out of "Cheney's Tomorrow Never Comes?". The newscaster, Anita, for a small part, was great, and I thought the music by Flesh Gordon was a great Bowie-esquire tribute. The BEtty character was actually believable, Cain was a little over the top (but funny) and the old guy on the boat was riot! Check out the bloopers...they are worth watching.

Excellent Comedy a little odd but none the less excellent. The acting of William Cheney was fairly good, the acting of Mary Fadrowski was superb. The action scenes were high energy the best I have seen from Holly Wood from a long time. The comedy was just spit the milk out of your nose funny. The scene where Mike (Swenson) makes the fake news casts oh my god could not stop laughing. All in all the background music was good. The only Gripe I have with the film is poor acting of the guy that played the Russian boarder guard, he just plain stank. I give It 10 out of ten for comedy 9 out of ten on the acting. So It's one of those grab a beer sit back and enjoy. The whole film was like an extreme Saturday Night live skit on over load

I must say I was rather impressed with the performance of Chris Becker in this film. However the acting of Lukas Papas(agent perry) was a disappointment. However overall the film was a blast to view. The plot had some small holes,but the comedy of Becker and Cheney made up for the plot pinholes and the poor action of papas, the only thing papas did that was good was pass gas.All the rest of the cast was good to excellent, I was shocked to see some of the cast are knowen actors, Shane Wright which i noticed in Get Rich or try Dyeing is the reason Purchased the Dvds of this film to rent out at my London video store. And thank you Cheney Films for making PAL disks available to me.

In a few Words...
At first Bill would put my poster/map "EXOTERRESTRIAL MILLENNIUM 2000" in a background shot...then he asked if I would play a bit part as FBI Agent Edmonds in the film,"to round it out", O.K Great...I'm on board! Alas,the role I was to play had to be dropped for a new role altogether, Newscaster Mike McMillen and his hallucinogenic doppelganger, Mikiel,Why?; you ask, well As the filming and weeks progressed we found ourselves with a conundrum of the worst kind...two actors failed to show (we think they got lost in Grand Central Station!) and another lied about swimming abilities and refused to enter the lake(Sacandaga)as the script clearly explained. And another so full of him/her-self ripped up a script and drove off, presumably to province town...The stout and determined remained through the winter of '05 (Your's truly,Terri Knowlton) to reconfigure this work...and work is the word.
We gained an education of the entire film producing experience that I will always hold close to my soul...the people I encountered are the salt of our nation and a credit to the acting profession...wish those who failed to show up had been their as the original film titled "Blueprint for Terror" would have been made; but Alas, we did overcome this disappointment and created a DAMN good farce, so please forgive our naivety and inexperience in the subtlety's of the business ruled art form of moving pictures and laugh with us as you enjoy this once in a millennium production of "What to do when everything goes wrong"...and please share the popcorn!

This "movie" was about the worse thing that I've ever seen recorded. There are better examples of acting and camera techniques on America's Funniest Home Videos. Actually, I can't give this thing, whatever it was, a good review; I couldn't watch more than 5 minutes of it. It almost made me hurl.
Spoiler Alert: Its garbage; don't rent it or, for heaven's sake, don't buy it. The DVD would come to better use as a coaster. The favorable reviews must be from the actors or producers of the film. Like myself, I don't think that anyone else could stomach watching the whole thing and not barf.

The crazy plot was a total blast, (had to shut off DVD player to catch my breath from laughter over load) but turned it back on. I have never found a film this original. The actors were excellent (Mark the TV station owner played by a Chris Becker was just on he made the show. And how many parts in the film did the director show up in. I think cheney not only played fred but a terrorist and i think, the Indian gas station owner ??? any one know if so it was brilliant. and the girl that played the wife of the newscaster was funny as heck. The old man on the boat was well funny as heck this guy should have his own show, and when he states " The beer is good an cold" then vomits blood is just too much, you gotta rent or buy this DVD .

This film fails most in the sense that it fails to turn an idea that sounds very interesting on paper into a suitable drama. No, instead the film drifts into the most stupid abysses of the bad action film and gives away the opportunity to critically deal with terrorism and its bad effects on the individual and society. In terms of cinematography, for example in terms of camera work, setting, acting, etc., the film is also totally underground. A lousy, lousy movie.
