Spoilers

The Parents Guide items below may give away important plot points.

Violence & Gore

  • A child with a disorder, has played around in a bathroom with products and tile-adhesive. It is suggested by the brown marks on the wall that there is also some fecal matter on the walls. A woman screams and panics at the sight of it. None of this however, contains any violence.
  • There is a bit of very mild playwrestling between siblings, such as in one scéne when a child is trying to climb out through a hole in the door, but is pulled back by a sibling, since he cannot go outside alone.
  • A boy is bullied and later in the movie he is seen with a headwound, after having been tricked by boys from school. The wound is not bleeding.
  • A woman chases a young teenager that has stolen something. She screams at him and roughly pushes/throws him against a billboard.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • A woman is seen chasing down a teenage thief, she screams at him and pushes him against a billboard. It is a short scene, but a bit tense
  • A boy is frightened of clowns and red and is confronted with a small red clown that pops out of a box. He has a small meltdown and the screaming might be uncomfortable for younger (or autistic) children with sensitive hearing.
  • The movie features several people that are unhappy with the autistic children. This leads to angry looks, gossiping and sometimes blaming the mother. It is not intense in itself, but might be if the viewer has experienced a similar situation.
