We find Slim Pickens again in the series. This time, he doesn't play a revengeful father, but a good friend of our lead, a sort of character that looks like the Burt Young's one, in another episode, a lone and shy guy. A so touching character. The sequence I love the most in this episode is the one where Baretta makes his friend Pickens - or brother, I did not quite get it - meet a young woman, another Baretta's friend; a gal whom Pickens will be in love with, as you can guess. But besides this, you deal here with the Chinese mob whom Baretta will fight against, with his good friend in the middle...But, I repeat, the thing I will remember the most here is Picken's performance as this big, strong, and shy guy, unable to kiss a woman. This so strong and shy baby... Actually, you seem to have two separate stories here, the Chinese mob and the Baretta's friend - or brother - seeking love with the girl, supposed to be an ex hooker.
