Is there an exact count of how many Bonanza episodes feature Hoss and Little Joe going into some kind of business that fate and/or their father has to bail them out of? Well you can add this one to the bunch as Dan Blocker and Michael Landon go into the rabbit raising business after acquiring two white rabbits from Chubby Johnson and Dub Taylor.
Rabbits do what they're best known for and pretty soon they're overrunning the Ponderosa and there's not enough cages that the boys can build to hold them. But as it always does they get out from under though it costs them.
Funniest part of the episode for me is Victor Sen-Yung as Hop Sing who being the Cartwright cook sees only one thing valuable in these rabbits.
Will Hoss and Little Joe ever learn to just stick to the Ponderosa?
